Contact Bamboo Support to set up a new account profile

Representative will send 2 devices
Devices will send to the location provided during the location set up process.

Use the SYNC DEVICE CODE sent during the set
Simply enter the codes on the iPads and that will sync them to the location.

Bamboo Representative will create account
Bamboo Representative will create account adding the name of the location, address, phone number, and business owner contact name. Bamboo will collect payment information. Billing commences at the time of set up. Once the locations are added an email will be sent to the business owner with the (SYNC DEVICE CODE ). The sync device code will pin/marry the account to the specific location.

Devices arrive at the location provided during the up process.
Somebody at the establishment will need to connect the device to the internet.

Now you are done with the account setup process
Account setup process is done once you successfully enter the SYNC DEVICE CODE
Modes of Operation
When setting up a location for the first time, the business owners will need to decide what mode they want to use for that location. Casino Mode to Check In Mode. Once the business owner decides that, the Bamboo Admin will set up the account accordingly. The way the analytics populate, and what the Merchant Admin see will be slightly different. Once you select the mode of operation there is no changing it, an account CANNOT be switched from one mode to another after the initial set up.
Bamboo Has two separate modes to select from when setting up your account for the first time. Casino Mode
and Check-In Mode. Casino mode is specifically designed for gaming cafés, one of the only known loyalty
systems to have this type of technology.
Casino mode essentially means that you will be able to
check
customers in when they arrive at the location, and check them out out when they leave.
This allows the
business owner to have a timestamp of how long each customer stays each time they visit.
There is a
powerful analytic engine that tabulates the data on an individual basis.
Examples of how this data is used:
- Average number of visits at a specific location
- Average amount of time spent per visit
- Average time on location per customer
- Who to send promotions too based on their time on location averages
- How much incentive each customer should get if they qualify
- Who your top players are at each location
- Check In Mode can be used at any location where the business owner wants to assign points for check ins.
- What’s unique about this is you can set the interval and how long a customer is on location before they can check in again to get the next point.
- For example when using checking mode you can set the system to only allow for one check in per day which would equal one point per day.
- Or you can set intervals a customer can check in every 15 minutes every 30 minutes every 45 minutes or every 60 minutes.
